Job Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Select Demolition Supervisor to manage and oversee demolition crews and operations. This role involves leading projects from start to finish, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with the project manager, and maintaining high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise select demolition operations on-site
Operate and monitor equipment according to safety policies
Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
Meet with the Project Manager to review goals and progress
Interpret architectural drawings and specs
Allocate materials and equipment per project requirements
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient worksite
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
3–5 years of supervisory experience in demolition or construction
Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred)
Supervisor certification and OSHA safety training
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Able to pass background check and drug screening
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
Experience with government projects and OSHA-regulated sites preferred
