We’re seeking an organized, helpful, and ambitious Sales Representative to manage existing customer relationships, renew maintenance and support agreements, handle sales administration, and drive customer satisfaction and growth through digital interactions.

The following includes essential duties and responsibilities.

Customer Relationship Management:

Proactively engage with existing customers throughout the sales cycle via various channels (email, calls, online meetings).

Maintain a schedule of customer renewals and establish proactive contacts for upselling add-on products and services that benefit customers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasing contacts by updating them on the latest services, tech tips, and other email resources.

Renewals and Maintenance:

Keep support and maintenance services up to date and renewed for customers.

Quote prices and handle all required sales administration for orders obtained.

Follow up and promptly close customer renewals and other purchases.

Contact customers without support and maintenance to bring them up to date with their licensed products.

Sales Support and Service:

Enter client data and other sales-related information into company databases (Oracle), ensuring data accuracy and contact updates.

Coordinate with the Sales and Support team to ensure an overall positive customer experience.

Reporting and Goal Achievement:

Report monthly on goal achievements related to proactive customer contacts for add-on products.

Collections:

Contact customers via email or phone to collect past-due accounts; escalate when necessary.

Drive new business growth

Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling

Drive new business growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of L-soft offerings and closing deals

Manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progress

Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

· More than 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the IT services industry

· Strong prospecting, discovery, and strong presentation skills

· Fluency in English with Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

· Collaborative team player with a track record of achieving sales targets

· Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative technology solutions

· Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions effectively via phone and email

Personal skills:

Driven; able to set and meet goals; organized; “can do” attitude; self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
