Answer phone calls and handle reservations with accuracy

Follow hotel policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
️ Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
️ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
️ Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems (training provided)
️ Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
