Phlebotomist

POSITION TITLE: PHYSICIAN (Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics) FLSA: EXEMPT REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Osteopathy (D.O.) Degree.

Completed approved residency program in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics.

Board Certified Florida licensed.

BLS required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Provides direct health care to general patient population, routine, acute, and chronic care.

After hours calls as needed Serves as Family Practice/Internal Medicine/Pediatric consultant to other providers.

Supervises ARNP's and PA's as appropriate.

Provides patient education.

Actively participates in and promotes quality assurance program.

Obtains hospital privileges in respective specialty, as applicable.

Responsible for updating License and DEA renewals Other duties as assigned.
