Job Description
Monday - Saturday and 8:00am - 6:00pm availability (schedules are posted 2 weeks in advance. Saturdays is not required every week - it is on a rotation basis)
40 hours a week. Overtime available.
Objectives:
Guide prospective residents through the leasing process
Follow up on leads/prospective residents
Ensure lease agreements are executed accurately
Lease up all properties
Responsibilities:
Tour properties/apartments w/ prospective residents
Follow up on tours
Communicate effectively w/ residents/future residents/co-workers/management through email, phone, and in-person
Assist in the lease signing process
Answer telephones, emails, and in-person inquiries
Greet residents/prospective residents when they enter the office
Update file records
Update Management on daily tasks
Skills:
Sales experience is a plus
Passion for growth
Knowledge of fair housing (not required, as we will set you up with training)
Effectively communicate both written and oral
Fluency in the English language. Spanish is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Valid Driver's license
Occasionally lifting 20 - 25 pounds
Twisting and turning
Walking up and down flights of stairs
Compensation:
Hourly rate ($14.50) bi-weekly
Monthly Commission on new leases and renewal leases (monthly)
