Job Description

Trenchant Analytics is seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Tech to join our team in support of the Naval Sea Systems Command. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality assurance practices, and prior active-duty military experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and analyze software programs to ensure they meet user requirements and organizational standards.

Conduct compatibility and performance testing, identify defects, and recommend solutions.

Document test plans, procedures, and results to support quality assurance and compliance.

Review system logs and test outcomes to troubleshoot and correct errors.

Monitor software performance post-deployment to ensure operational efficiency and prevent recurring issues.

Provide recommendations for software improvements and user training as needed.

Support feasibility assessments and development of utility programs to aid in defect tracking and testing.

Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Prior active-duty military experience with direct support to Naval Special Warfare programs.

Subject Matter Expert in certification program planning and technical maintenance manual authority.

Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with software lifecycle management and defense standards compliance.

Familiarity with DoD-specific software testing environments and tools.
