Job Description

- Liaise with clients

o Process client orders in SAP MIS system

o Issue Order confirmations

o Set up order control file (manual)

- Issue Purchase Orders through SAP MIS system

- Process merchandise receipts

- Identify shipments received at ISC to be forwarded to Freight Forwarder

- Liaise with freight forwarders

- Process export documents and issue invoices through SAP MIS system

- Bilingual Spanish/English Company Description

Distributor of equipment, material and software for printing & packaging in Latin American & Caribbean - primarily Caribbean.
