Apps/Pasta station Line cook

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Apps/Pasta station Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume kitchen, a strong work ethic, and love for creating delicious dishes. Must be able to prepare and cook appetizers and pasta dishes according to our recipes and standards. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workstation. Must be able to collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service and quality food. Must be able to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Must be able to assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a line cook, preferably in a pasta or Italian cuisine environment

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededCompany Description
