Sales experience (especially commission-based)?

** Pay Structure – Solar Appointment Setter**

** Hourly Pay:**

* Starting at ** $11–$14 per hour** based on experience

* **Pay increases** as performance improves

** Bonuses & Commissions:**

* **Commission bonuses** available for appointments that close

* Earn **extra bonuses** for consistent performance

** Team Lead Opportunities:**

* Close **2–3 deals/month**, and you’ll be eligible to become a **Team Lead**

* Team Leads earn **additional pay** from their team’s performance

** Commission-Only Option:**

* If you prefer **commission-only**, that option is available as well with **higher earning potential**
