Join a highly regarded and long-established civil engineering firm with a strong presence in Arizona. We are looking for a skilled Survey Project Manager to lead and oversee surveying projects from our Phoenix or Mesa office. This position offers the opportunity to manage high-impact projects and play a vital role in our continued success and commitment to excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

Overseeing land surveying projects from proposal through completion.

Developing project scopes, preparing cost proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Supervising, mentoring, and supporting survey team members.

Ensuring quality control and compliance with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

Licensed as a Registered Land Surveyor in Arizona.

At least 10 years of professional land surveying experience, inlcuding business development.

Strong knowledge of Public Land Survey System, ALTA/NSPS standards, and Arizona-specific boundary survey and municipal requirements.

Proficient in Trimble Business Center and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
