Job Title: Data Management Analyst

Role Type: W2 only

Duration: 12 months

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:

Consult as a top subject matter expert on complex, innovative and diverse Data Management initiatives with high risk or with significant scope, cost, and benefits.

Consult on the strategy and resolution of the most complex and significant challenges across Data Management, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, broad reaching, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.

Provide consulting and industry expertise regarding large-scale Data Management strategies. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to AI/ML projects.

• Proficiency in data handling tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Familiarity with AI concepts like NLP, predictive modeling, classification, clustering, etc.

• Experience with Databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres.

• Experience with data warehousing, data lakes, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of agile project management and tools like Jira.

• Experience working with big data frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Business domain knowledge in [industry-specific, e.g., finance, healthcare, retail].

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
