Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Quality Control & Assurance Manager with extensive experience in automotive exhaust systems and international manufacturing. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of Fitment, finish, and performance as we scale. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control and assurance systems specific to automotive exhaust systems

Conduct Fitment reviews, inspections, and tolerance checks on production units

Manage quality relationships with overseas suppliers

Communicate engineering changes and quality issues effectively to manufacturing teams

Perform root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for Fitment or material defects

Maintain documentation of quality metrics, inspection logs, and defect tracking reports

Partner with engineering and R&D teams to ensure a smooth handoff from prototype to mass production

Lead internal audits, supplier performance evaluations, and first article inspections

Collaborate with customer service to track quality-related returns and feedback

Travel internationally to visit factories and oversee production runs when necessary

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of quality control or quality assurance experience in the automotive or performance parts industry

Hands-on knowledge of exhaust system design, Fitment standards, and metal fabrication

Proven success managing international suppliers

Familiarity with inspection tools, tolerance checks, and weld evaluation

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files

Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
