Job Description

We are looking to fill a Maintenance Position. We are looking for someone to who is self driven and works well unsupervised. Drywall knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Walk the grounds and pick up trash

Preform maintenance duties as they arise

Work directly with the Board of Directors and Management company

Qualifications:

Previous experience in maintenance, or other related fields

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
