As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Management Trainee.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to gain leadership experience, learn the fundamentals of business operations, and advance quickly into a management position. Our structured training program provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and team leadership.

Job Responsibilities

As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to all core areas of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

Learning daily business operations and sales processes through hands-on experience

Engaging directly with customers to promote products and services

Assisting in the coordination and execution of promotional campaigns

Representing client brands with professionalism and energy

Supporting the training and development of new team members

Tracking campaign performance and analyzing key metrics

Participating in leadership meetings and strategy sessions

Working toward a promotion into a management role within 6 to 12 months

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A self-starter with leadership potential and a strong work ethic

Positive attitude with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Experience in retail, customer service, marketing, or sales is a plus

Ability to work full-time and travel locally as needed
