Position Overview:

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and that patients receive the best possible care. You’ll assist with administrative tasks, patient interactions, and light clinical duties.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude

Schedule and confirm appointments

Assist with patient education and chiropractic therapies (training provided)

Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Process payments and manage patient records

Maintain a clean, organized office space

Support the doctor and team as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in a healthcare or chiropractic office required

Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to learn about chiropractic care and holistic health

Basic computer skills (experience with EHR systems is a plus)
