CDL Class A Driver - Port Newark/Elizabeth/New York

Job Description

Seeking a CDL Class A Driver to join our operation! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 80,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW). The operation focuses on transporting cargo containers to and from the local seaports, Newark NJ, Elizabeth NJ and Staten Island NY, in a 350 miles radius

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck

TWIC Card holder preferred

Properly track and document activity log

Report any issues or incidents to dispatch

Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields

Commercial driver's license (CLASS A)

Ability to handle physical workload
