What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and growing a strong pipeline across a variety of sectors.

Meeting with decision-makers (appointments booked for you!) and delivering tailored, value-driven proposals

Conducting site visits to scope needs and generate accurate quotes

Representing the company at industry events and networking like a pro

Building long-term relationships with Facilities Managers, Health & Safety Leads, and Compliance Officers

Managing deals from pitch to close, and ensuring smooth onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in B2B sales –

Any experience within compliance, FM, electrical, or technical services would be an advantage

A credible, consultative approach and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Experience with field-based sales and a strong self-starter mentality

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout Scotland
