$225,000 - $290,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level employment litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join a well-respected firm in Portland. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff and class action cases, as well as arbitration proceedings.Responsibilities

Handle employment litigation matters, including class actions, single-plaintiff cases, and arbitrations

Advise clients on emerging employment law issues through client alerts and advisories

Collaborate with a team to provide strategic counsel on employment-related matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaQualifications

Minimum of three years of employment litigation experience

Strong writing and analytical skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Admission to the Oregon State Bar or eligibility to waive inCompensation & Benefits

Salary range: $225,000 - $290,000, based on experience
