About the Opportunity
A well-established general contractor in the residential and multi-family construction space is looking for a skilled Estimator to join their team. This is a full-scope estimating role with ownership over key projects in multi-family, apartment, and senior living construction. Youll work closely with internal teams, owners, architects, and trade partners to deliver clear, competitive estimates and preconstruction support.
What Youll Do
Build and complete full project estimates from early concept through bid
Lead quantity takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff or similar software
Develop and manage subcontractor bid lists and ensure proper coverage
Present estimates professionally to internal teams and clients
Analyze scope coverage, develop value engineering options, and support early-stage scheduling
Review and refine peer estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness
What You Bring
35 years of estimating experience in multi-family or senior living construction
Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff or similar tools
Solid understanding of market pricing, labor, and unit costs
Ability to independently manage the estimating process
Comfortable presenting and collaborating with clients, architects, and subcontractors
Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
