About the Opportunity:
A global manufacturing leader is hiring a Process Engineer to drive performance improvements at its Winchester, KY facility. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll be at the forefront of process innovationreducing waste, increasing productivity, and supporting capital project execution. What Youll Do:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Apply Six Sigma, TQM, and other CI tools to reduce scrap and downtime
Conduct plant audits and lead follow-through on corrective actions
Prepare capital project proposals with ROI justification and manage implementation
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and engineering teams
Support root cause analysis and problem-solving for process-related issues
Document and optimize manufacturing procedures and best practices
Train plant personnel on process changes and quality standards
What You Bring:
Plastics manufacturing and injection molding experience required
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience leading capital projects in a production setting
Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills
Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or related CI methodologies
Business-minded approach to solving technical challenges
