We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst with extensive Navy ERP experience to support our customer, Naval District Washington (NDW), in providing high-impact financial analysis, reporting, and ERP support to regional leadership.

As a Senior Financial Analyst at ATOLLO, you will serve as a key advisor to NDW financial stakeholders. You'll leverage your deep understanding of Navy ERP and Navy budget execution processes to drive data accuracy, accountability, and strategic decision-making across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a Navy ERP financial subject matter expert supporting NDW Headquarters and regional installations.

Lead and support budget formulation, execution, and real-time financial tracking

Analyze and reconcile financial data between Navy ERP, and other DoN systems.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and command-level briefings

Collaborate with CNIC and NDW stakeholders on spend plan development, POM input, and year-end closeout activities

Identify and troubleshoot Navy ERP data issues and system challenges

Provide end-user training, guidance, and best practices for ERP financial transactions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

7+ years of Department of the Navy financial management experience

3+ years of hands-on experience using Navy ERP (SAP-based)

Deep understanding of DoN budget processes and execution workflows

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard financial reporting tools

Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Active or Interim Secret clearance (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting CNIC, NDW or other Navy customers

Navy ERP certification or formal Navy ERP training

Familiarity with STARS-FL, PBIS, NAFIS, and other DoD financial systems

OPTIONAL: Master's degree or CPA
