Job Description
Scope of Work:
1) Vendor will provide an individualwith a minimum a decade of Telestaff experience that will serve as the County\'sdesignated Telestaff Expert in who is responsible for the configuration of lawenforcement work rules. The Telestaff Expert has a working relationship withKronos and has the technical expertise to troubleshoot with the vendor. The Telestaff Expert has the knowledge to ensure that complexunion rules are configured correctly and tested to ensure compliance. Inaddition, the Telestaff Expert has worked directly with union leadership toensure their complete acceptance and is critical in upcoming negotiations.
2) The contractor must have experience in the following:
Remedy Security issues and format schemato best practices.
Give instructions to administrators on best practicesincluding proper securityassignments.
Remedy conflicts in rules.
Has been trainedon vendors site on all aspects of Telestaff management and configuration.
Assist in changingcallback assignments so that they can be used for more functions.
Assist in the formation of callback specialized groups.
Ensure that propertraining documents are updated.
Any Telestaff issue that may arise the expertise can assistin resolution.
Assist in the transition from a server-based system to a Cloud system, Kronos Workforce Central.
Deliverables: Remedy KronosTelestaff security issues and format schema to best practices. Ensurecompliance to all Directives and Union contractrules.
Transfer of Knowledgeto administrators on bestTelestaff practices including proper security assignments.
Work directly with union officialsto ensure compliance.
Remedy conflicts in Telestaff configuration rules.
Assist in knowledgetransfer of new configurationmanagement team.
Assist in changing Officer callback assignmentsso that they can be usedfor more functions.
Assist in the formation of callback specialized groups and rules.Specialized assignments and minimum hour work rules must be maintained.
Ensure that documentation is up to date (make correctionsor updates if necessary)
Any Telestaff issue that may arise the expertise can assist in resolution.
Assist in transferring Telestaff system from a server based to a Cloud hosted system.
