Press Set-Up Operator – 1st Shift: Lake Geneva, Wisconsin

We are seeking a Press Set-Up Operator to join a reputable manufacturing team on 1st shift. If you’re mechanically inclined, take pride in precision, and have experience setting up and running press machines, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a stable, well-supported environment.

Responsibilities of the Press Set-Up Operator:

Set up and operate press machines according to production specifications

Monitor machine operation to ensure product quality and consistency

Adjust equipment as needed during production

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of press machines

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Press Set-Up Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to read and speak English

Able to work independently and communicate effectively

Previous press operator or set-up experience strongly preferred

Good attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Pay for Press Set-Up Operator: $18 - $20/hour based on experience.
