The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, professionalism, and a humble, collaborative attitude. You'll be responsible for driving the rhythm of the CFO's office while balancing multiple priorities with calm confidence.

Manage complex, dynamic calendars across time zones with precision and flexibility.
Act as a central hub of communication and coordination for the CFO's leadership team.
Coordinate detailed travel arrangements and itineraries.
Prepare meeting agendas, take accurate notes, and track action items and follow-ups.
Manage communication streams (emails, messages, calls) to keep things moving efficiently.
Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and fellow Executive Assistants to support company-wide initiatives.
Assist with the planning and execution of leadership offsites and high-impact team events.
Take ownership of ad hoc administrative and project support tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
5–7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth or global environment.
Proven ability to manage shifting priorities and high-stakes responsibilities with grace and confidentiality.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
A proactive, resourceful, strategic-mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
High emotional intelligence and professionalism with a collaborative, humble attitude.
Strong skills in PowerPoint, project coordination, and time management.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
