The Opportunity:

We are offering an amazing opportunity for a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Georgia. This role is crucial to our manufacturing success, overseeing production operations and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of production operators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and safety regulations.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize output.

Train and mentor new and existing production personnel on manufacturing procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and maintenance departments to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement.

Prepare and maintain production reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for optimization.

Ensure all safety procedures are followed and promote a strong safety culture within the team.

Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with supply chain to maintain optimal levels.

Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.

Proficiency in using manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
