ZLA Solutions is looking to hire Production Associates for a two-month project in Cullman, AL.

Job Description

Production Associates are needed for a two-month project that will be hosted by one our manufacturing partners in Cullman. These associates will working in a warehouse setting to manufacture products per established work instructions. These associates will utilize tools as part of the process of constructing large-scale products in an efficient manner.

Job Schedule / Pay Rate

1st Shift

Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

$17.00 / hour

Job Responsibilities

Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications

Place parts in specified relationship to each other

Utilize provided tools safely as part of the assembly process

Use bolts, clips, or screws to fasten parts together

Ensure that the workstation is clean and free of hazardous materials

Report issues or problems with production (equipment defects) to supervisor

Job Qualifications

Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours as needed

Must be able to routinely lift 25-30 pounds and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Ability to analyze problems involving production and notify proper people

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen (note: a misdemeanor/felony record may not necessarily prevent you from being employed)
