Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and register patients with a smile, ensuring their experience is smooth from the start.

Schedule appointments, manage data entry, and process payments at the point of service.

Educate patients about their benefits and assist with insurance verification and referrals.

Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including transportation coordination and filing.

Maintain accurate patient data in our practice management system and uphold company policies.
