Automotive Customer Service Representative - Sarasota, FL

What You'll Do

Run the day-to-day operations of a bustling shop.

Be the go-to for customers, delivering top-tier service and satisfaction.

Champion and lead the store's positive culture.

Use your understanding of the automotive industry to assist customers and team members.

What We're Looking For

Customer service expertise (minimum one year).

Phone etiquette that shines - smile while you dial!

Strong computer skills and appointment scheduling experience.

Automotive knowledge (preferred).

The ability to multitask and resolve customer concerns with ease.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

A self-starter eager to learn and grow into a Service Advisor role.
