Title: Director of Content Marketing
Location: Columbus, Ohio (In-Office)
Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 per year
Reports to: Marketing Director
Overview:
We’re seeking a visionary Head of Brand and Content to ensure consistency and excellence across our brand messaging, storytelling, and content creation. This role is perfect for a brand-focused content leader passionate about crafting cohesive brand narratives, nurturing audience connections, and driving authentic engagement across multiple platforms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee brand strategy, ensuring a consistent voice, style, and messaging across all digital and traditional platforms.
Direct content creation, scheduling, and publishing efforts, maintaining brand consistency across company channels and personal brands.
Manage, mentor, and lead a remote content team, guiding strategic direction and creative output.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of brand narratives with broader organizational goals.
Monitor and optimize brand perception and engagement through rigorous analysis of audience interactions and content performance.
Drive strategic initiatives that support brand growth, including podcast launches, LinkedIn growth, social media engagement, and community building.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to proactively refine our brand strategies and maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in brand management, content marketing, or related digital roles.
Proven track record managing multi-platform brand consistency and storytelling initiatives.
Experience in leading creative teams, particularly managing remote specialists and freelancers.
Strong expertise in creating compelling content across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and web content.
Analytical capability to evaluate brand engagement metrics and refine strategies for optimal outcomes.
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
