Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Location: Hearne, Texas

Job Description:

Join our team as a Maintenance Helper and support the maintenance foreman in keeping our equipment and facility grounds operating smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance and repair of all types of mechanical equipment

• Diagnose equipment issues and replace parts such as bolts, valves, and fittings

• Maintain proper inventory levels of tools and parts for routine maintenance

• Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment

• Perform other plant duties as assigned by the Maintenance Foreman

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist frequently throughout the shift

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds

• Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours daily on concrete surfaces

• Previous electrical experience is a plus, but not required

The base pay range for this position is $22/hr excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
