Job Description

Kable Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Florence, KY. This position is full-time, temp to hire opportunity.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for packing liquid chemical products into containers and preparing for shipment.

Apply labels to finished products with attention to detail and accuracy.

Operate drum rollers to ensure uniform mixing of chemical products in large drums.

Blend powder-based chemicals using machinery, ensuring product consistency and quality.

Set up and operate bottling machines, ensuring bottles are filled, capped, and labeled correctly.

Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse and production areas.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment by performing routine cleaning tasks across the facility.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Previous experience in powder blending or a similar manufacturing role.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.

Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.

Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.

Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time

Shift Availability

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday

2nd Shift: 2:15 PM - 10:45 PM, Monday to Friday
