We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Solutions Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions, excellent communication, and ongoing relationship management. The ideal candidate combines strong project coordination skills with a passion for customer success and a deep understanding of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships
Understand client goals, challenges, and KPIs to deliver customized solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to execute on client requirements
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and service performance
Identify opportunities for account growth and propose enhancements or new services
Resolve client issues promptly and proactively manage expectations
Prepare reports, presentations, and regular updates for key stakeholders
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or solution delivery
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management platforms
Self-starter with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach
Experience in industries such as tech, marketing, SaaS, or consulting is a plus
