Description:
The Human Resources Business Partner will support the Human Resources team with Plant and selected corporate responsibilities. Supporting all implementation and deployment of Human Resources policies, programs, and initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage recruitment process, conduct interviews, and facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new employees
Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, provide guidance on HR policies, improve work relationships to boost morale and productivity, and aid in fostering a positive work environment
Training and Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with industry standards, including required HR and Safety
Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation, benefits, and leave policies
Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees. Offer day-to-day performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions. Ensure job evaluations and job descriptions are created and accurately maintained.
HR Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures (including plant specific policies) to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Data Management: Maintain employee records and use HRIS to manage data effectively
HR Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals, including workforce planning and succession planning
Business Partnership: Conduct regular meetings with plant leadership, analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, and provide input on plant improvement opportunitiesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resources or related field.?
5 years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, processes, and HRIS systems.?
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Previous experience partnering with managers on organizational design, job evaluations, etc.?
Previous experience supporting employee relations and performance management programs.
Knowledge and understanding of employment/labor laws and employment policies and practices.
Excellent consultation and execution skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).?
Professional HR certification preferred.
