We’re seeking a skilled and personable Medical Assistant to join our privately owned, single-provider cardiology and internal medicine practice in Beverly Hills. This is a full-time, stable W2 opportunity where your clinical and front office experience will make a direct impact on patient care—and your dedication won’t go unnoticed.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and room patients, collect vitals, and ensure smooth visits

Perform injections, blood draws, and set up for treadmill testing (TMT)

Assist with internal and occupational medicine exams

Handle front office tasks: answering phones, scheduling, and EMR documentation

Keep the day running smoothly with your multitasking and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual in Spanish (a must!)

1–2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a similar clinical setting

Hands-on skills in phlebotomy, injections, and front office coordination

Proficiency with Practice Fusion or similar EMR systems

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced outpatient environment
