About the role:

The Product Management Internship role will work closely with the product team to document requirements and track the overall effectiveness of product features. The Intern will be involved in requirements gathering, requirements documentation and conducting research and business analysis to assist the product team in determining areas of improvement in the product.

This is a hybrid position, this person must reside in Nebraska and be currently enrolled in a Nebraska based college/university to be considered for this role

Responsibilities:

Assist in the documentation of persona/use cases for Mortgage Loan Originators, Loan Processors and Underwriters as a step in documentation of requirements

Write User Stories as an output of requirements gathering.

Conduct independent research and analysis of Unison web traffic and conversion of web visitors to funded customers.

Conduct independent research and analysis of each step of a customer journey to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement

Participate in quality assurance and/or user acceptance testing to ensure that product features function as expected

Conduct visual quality assurance on unison.com and its sub - and landing pages to ensure the look and feel of the site is accurate and visually pleasing

Ability to work up to 28 hours/week

About you:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science or FinTech

Strong interest in developing business management or documenting the technical aspect of software development

Possesses strong research, analytical and problem solving skills

Familiarity with Google and/or Microsoft software tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Tableau or other database reporting tools

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to work independently or collaboratively to complete assigned tasks on time

Possess attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
