Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable UKG Telestaff and Workforce Pro Functional/Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide vital support for the UKG Telestaff and Workforce Pro Time applications, ensuring efficient operation and user satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce management solutions and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for users experiencing issues with UKG Telestaff and Workforce Pro Time applications, providing timely and effective support.

Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, including system configuration, data integrity, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and deliver tailored training sessions to enhance system utilization.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and best practices.

Act as a liaison between users and vendors to communicate and resolve complex issues.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal impact on operations.

Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and best practices related to UKG Telestaff and Workforce Pro Time solutions.

Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities, providing feedback for continuous system improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

Previous experience in a functional or technical support role with UKG Telestaff and Workforce Pro Time applications.

Strong understanding of workforce management principles, timekeeping systems, and labor regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical users.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database management.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Relevant certifications (e.g., UKG Telestaff, Workforce Pro) are a plus.

Knowledge of ServiceNow case Management system, PeopleSoft JCM a plus.Requirements:
