Job Location: Woodland, California

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $22-$23/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7am-5pm (2 Saturdays out of the month rotating)

Description of Position:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Counter Sales - Customer Service Assistant to support our client's front counter operations in Woodland. This full-time, in store position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily sales and logistical tasks, and serving as backup to the store manager. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right individual.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers at the front counter, providing knowledgeable and friendly service

Handle in store sales transactions, including order entry and processing payments

Assist with receiving inventory, organizing deliveries and maintaining accurate stock levels

Organize and maintain the store layout and display areas

Support facility upkeep and maintenance tasks as needed

Serve as a backup upkeep and maintenance tasks as needed

Ensure adherence to safety procedures and promote a clean, safe working environment

Provide bilingual support to customers and team members in both English and Spanish

Description of Company:

You will be supporting a well established premier agricultural irrigation sales, service, and rental company headquartered in Woodland, California.

Experience Required:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or warehouse operations (preferred)

Knowledge of irrigation products or the landscaping industry is a plus

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be safety conscious, reliable and able to perform physical tasks
