QA Systems Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Systems Analyst to join our remote team. This role is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems through structured testing, validation, and collaboration with development and product teams. The ideal candidate brings a passion for problem-solving, clear documentation, and a strong understanding of system workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software systems

Perform system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers for resolution

Analyze system specifications and requirements to ensure alignment with business needs

Assist in root cause analysis and recommend process or system improvements

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide feedback on quality risks

Maintain documentation for QA processes, test results, and system behavior

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in software QA or systems analysis

Strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium)

Familiarity with SDLC and experience working in Agile environments

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote team environment
