Position Reports to: Marketing Director

Objective: The Marketing Specialist supports the Marketing Director in developing strategies and executing campaigns. This role involves a variety of marketing tasks and occasional support for other departments as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Tasks (80%):

· Assist in creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

· Collaborate with business development team to identify new opportunities and partnerships.

· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

· Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing materials.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

· Support product development and communications.

· Manage the website and social media to ensure content is current.

· Plan and execute events for clients and prospects.

· Participate in networking events to expand industry connections.

General Support (20%):

· Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

· Assist with organizing company events and meetings.

· Manage client recognitions and gifts. Requirements:

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Curiosity about new and emerging technologies

Ability to build and manage relationships with internal departments and key external contacts

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
