Currently, we are looking to add an Office Services Clerk to our Office Services team to handle general administrative functions including mail, printing, supplies, etc. Some of the key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Collaborating with the entire Office Services department to achieve the collective goal of creating a welcoming, informative, and comfortable environment for clients.

Emailing client satisfaction surveys and mailing client birthday cards.

Answering calls to the main HLG phone line, along with distributing faxes and phone messages.

Overseeing (stamping, scanning, and sending/distributing) all incoming and outgoing mail.

Monitoring and ordering of office supply inventory.

Distributing medical records that arrive through electronic portals.

Communicating through office-wide channels about mail and visitor updates.

Assisting with general office work as needed. Requirements:

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pleasant and caring.

High level of honesty and discretion.

Professional phone voice.

Strong computer skills and efficient in Microsoft Office.

Impeccable attendance and punctuality.

High School Diploma or GED.

Notary Public preferred but not required.
