Recruiting Representative

Position: Recruiter

Pay: 15.00/hr

Hours: 8am â 5pm Monday â Friday

Location: Wakarusa

The Recruiter ensures new contractor compliance and scheduling of orientation. This includes collecting all required documents and setting up contractor files, scheduling drug tests, ordering background checks and driving checks as well as assisting contractors with questions and issues while under contract with the company.

Duties:

Arrive at work with enough time to be prepared to start working at 8:00am.

Discuss recruiting options with prospective contractors and answer questions about position.

Assist HR in obtaining required paperwork from contractor applicants.

Schedule new contractor orientation as needed.

Before each new contractor comes for orientation, ensure all paperwork has been submitted, is complete and has been approved, and assemble the Contractor Qualification File (DOT File) including the following:

Contractor's Application

Contractor's Driver's License

Contractor's Pre-employment physical and drug screen results

Contractor's Background checks through Check

Contractor's Truck related documents including a copy of truck registration, a DOT inspection report, and copy of a current scale ticket.

Contractor's commercial $1,000,000 Unladen Liability policy.

Qualifications:

Great Phone skills

MS Office

High School Diploma

Ability to work under stress and handle multiple demands simultaneously.

Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone.
