With a combined annual revenue of $25M+, we are seeking a results-driven Corporate Chef to lead our culinary direction and drive performance across all locations.
Job Summary:
The Corporate Chef will oversee kitchen operations across all restaurant units, ensuring consistency in food quality, cost control, kitchen efficiency, and staff development. This is a leadership role for a chef who can think strategically, execute operationally, and drive measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor culinary teams across all locations (100+ kitchen staff total).
Standardize recipes and kitchen protocols to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Manage food cost (target: <28%) and labor cost (target: <22%) across the group.
Conduct monthly kitchen audits with a focus on sanitation (95%+ compliance) and performance.
Develop seasonal menus and LTOs that align with brand and margin goals.
Drive innovation while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Partner with operations and finance teams to meet EBITDA and growth targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years in an executive or corporate chef role, preferably in multi-unit operations.
Proven track record in food and labor cost management.
Experience overseeing $10M+ in culinary operations annually.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
Ability to travel regularly between locations.
Strong working knowledge of Restaurant 365 Operations software.
