What does a successful Junior Credit Risk Analyst do at Fiserv?
As a Junior Credit Risk Analyst, you will manage notifications from major card brands and conduct thorough assessments to inform decision-making. Your role involves efficiently processing incoming applications and collaborating closely with our risk management bank partners and acquiring partners.
What you will do:
Manage, review and track card brand compliance program notifications and enforcement actions to ensure timely responses to avoid potential assessments
Communicate with internal and external partners to ensure remediation efforts are continuing, updates are being provided to card brands and acquiring bank partners as needed, and any assessments are collected
Review third party web monitoring alerts to identify merchants that are potentially processing illegal or brand damaging activity to prevent card brand notifications and credit policy violations
Prioritize and pivot focus to assist in the most pressing areas and time-sensitive needs
What you will need to have:
High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
2 years of experience in the processing industry
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience with Windows PC and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What would be great to have:
Knowledge of card network rules and acquirer/processor requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid internet research skills
Salary Range$51,500.00 - $85,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
