About the Role:
Lead and develop the company’s technical strategy across multiple manufacturing sites
Ensure best-in-class standards in food safety, quality, compliance, and regulatory performance

What We're Looking For:
Senior-level technical leadership experience within the food manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of UK and global food safety legislation and retailer standards (e.g., BRC, FSA)
A strong, visible leader with the ambition and capability to progress to Technical Director
Proven success in influencing and driving change at a strategic level
