Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Data Entry and Word Processing to work at a facility in New York, NY. These are registry positions with our company.
Pay Rate: $17 / hour
*W2
Shift details:
M-F 37.5 hours per week, TBD 1. Minimum Candidate Qualifications:
The candidate must have a minimum of:
a. Eligible to work in New York State
b. High School Diploma or Equivalency
c. Candidate must have at least one year of experience in clerical support related work.
d. One year of Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, mail merge, formulas to compare spreadsheets)
2. Job Description and Required Services:
Manage the compliance monitoring of Mortgage Loan Originator ( "MLO ) Bonds, including but not limited to validating, updating and disseminating the weekly MLO Bond Non-Compliance Report. Reviewing documents submitted by Mortgage Loan Originators for completeness. Prepare deficiency letters for MLOs who is in a Non-Bond Compliant Status. Will also assist in the drafting and continuous updating of the procedures relating to the generation of the Non-Compliance Report.
In addition, the candidates should possess the skills listed below:
a. Work independently
b. Manage varied tasks as assigned
c. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
d. Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment
e. Proficiency with Microsoft 365
