Our client is searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Financial Advisor to quarterback their growing team. As a key player in the firm, the Lead Advisor will meet with prospects, engage in financial planning sessions, and help to grow the firm's revenue through client acquisition and retention. The successful candidate will be focused on excellence, have a strong sales background, and be committed to personal and professional growth.

What You'll Do:

Prepare, present, and implement customized financial plans

Lead 1 hour workshops 1-2 nights a week to education potential clients in the community

Guide clients on investment strategies, annuities, life insurance, and retirement planning

Develop and manage strong client relationships

Actively participate in team training and development

Meet with company-generated leads—no cold calling, no hunting for clients

What We're Looking For:

Proven track record as a top salesperson, either in financial advisory or other industries with a strong focus on closing deals.

Minimum 30% closing rate, with a goal of 40%. Strong commitment to personal growth and continuous improvement.

Series 65 and Life & Health licenses required (or must be willing to obtain). CFP is preferred or candidates must be open to pursuing the certification.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with clients and prospects.
