Position Summary:
The Project Administrator supports project execution by coordinating documentation, resolving issues, revising timelines, providing progress updates, and assisting the project team in achieving milestones. This role also plays a critical part in analyzing project data and financials to support strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and maintain project job folders
Review and complete job package checklists
Analyze and verify as-built documentation and pole completion forms
Support Project Manager in managing and tracking work authorizations
Perform data entry and generate project reports
Analyze project financials with the management team to support business decisions
Reconcile project data and develop actionable insights to guide team decisionsQualifications:
Associate degree or minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Administration role
Proficient in database management and data analysis
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Able to meet deadlines and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, accurate, and highly trustworthy
