Job Description

Join a fast-moving team at the forefront of hardware design automation. We're building cutting-edge PCB design tools to empower engineers working on the most complex electronic systems—AI accelerators, autonomous systems, and next-gen computing hardware. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll help shape both our product and the future of high-performance hardware design.

What You'll Do

Serve as a customer-facing product engineer, helping users navigate and maximize our PCB automation platform.

Engage with a community of electrical engineers to identify pain points, relay feedback, and shape our product roadmap.

Lead and influence the product development lifecycle across engineering and design teams.

Design and review complex PCBs—from motherboards to AI hardware—and validate outputs generated by our tools.

Act as a bridge between customer needs and technical implementation, translating real-world requirements into actionable improvements.

Collaborate across hardware, software, and machine learning teams to drive core product innovation.

Represent the company in high-stakes technical conversations with key customers and partners.

What We're Looking For

7–12 years of experience designing technically demanding circuit boards.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (top-tier schools preferred); Master's degree a plus.

Completed 50–100+ complex board builds, including those with FPGAs, high-speed interfaces, and advanced power systems.

Experience in Senior, Principal, or Lead hardware/electronics engineering roles.

Deep expertise in Altium, Cadence, or similar board design tools.

Strong proficiency in at least one of: high-speed digital design, RF design, or high-power board design.

Comfortable in customer-facing roles; excellent technical communication and presentation skills.

Proven background at both large companies and early-stage startups.

Startup experience required, ideally at venture-backed hardware/tech firms (e.g., Anduril, SpaceX, Tesla, Zipline).

Demonstrated career longevity and growth (2+ years average per role).

Why Join Us

Help shape the future of PCB design through AI and automation.

Work alongside a world-class, cross-disciplinary team.

Contribute to mission-critical hardware used in some of the world's most advanced systems.

Competitive compensation and equity packages.
