Job Summary:
Lead and manage high-value litigation matters for major clients, leveraging a substantial book of business. Collaborate with firm resources to develop and expand your practice within a flexible, growth-oriented litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead litigation cases across multiple industries, ensuring high-quality, hourly-billed client service
Utilize and expand an existing book of business exceeding $800K
Collaborate effectively with associates, paralegals, and support staff to maximize client outcomes and business growth
Focus on general and complex litigation with the flexibility to develop niche practice areas beyond insurance defense
Maintain strong client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum $800K portable book of business with hourly billing
Extensive litigation experience, excluding insurance defense
Demonstrated ability to operate independently while leveraging firm support
Strong business development and client management skills
Juris Doctor degree with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions
Salary Range:
Base salary ranging from $264,000 to $495,000 depending on book of business ($800K$1.5M+)
Additional compensation includes 33%+ of collections and monthly bonus payouts
Total annual compensation typically ranges from $530,000 to $990,000, with higher earnings potential for books exceeding $1.5M
