Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field required

Experience in business development, preferably in the federal contracting sector needed

Must have a strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations

Proven track record of securing government contracts and achieving revenue targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver’s license

Must be able to travel 25% of the time

Shifts:

Monday to Friday

10 hour shifts

Duration:

Temp to perm after probationary period
